Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this updated 2nd level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Colonnade Club! This spacious and well-appointed condo offers an open-concept floor plan, renovated bathrooms, LVP and tile flooring and new furnishings throughout.

The beautifully outfitted living area features comfortable furniture, a Smart TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the golf course and lagoon. Enjoy your morning coffee while being surrounded by the low country wildlife and golfers teeing off.

Just off the living area is the dining space with seating for 6. Beyond you'll find the updated kitchen with solid maple and oak cabinets, tiled counters and a Keurig coffee maker.

Down the hall you'll find the first of three bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, a Smart TV and a bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with tiled tub/shower combination.

The main bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV and a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. This room also has amazing golf course views and access to the private balcony patio.

Explore an array of Colonnade Club rentals on Hilton Head - a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

We were in Unit 150 - Colonnade Club this year. We have stayed in 3 different units here and this one is by far the best for long term rentals. The staff at Sunset Rentals (especially Louise our Rental Agent) are very professional and accommodating.

The condo is a lovely, clean space with modern amenities. Great location too! My only wish was that there were a few kitchen staples like sugar packets, seasonings, etc. on hand. If we wanted to cook in the lovely kitchen, we had to buy EVERYTHING and then throw it out after having only used it a couple of times. Other than that, we loved it and will absolutely return!

Wonderful space and great location. The space is thoughtfully laid out, both aesthetically appealing but with function and organization basics for vacationers. And it’s a beautiful setting for walking, beaching, and sports. You can be as active or laid back as you’d like from this location. Great rental for either a family or some good friends getting together.

What a great unit !!! It was beautifully appointed …. spacious … very clean , light and airy . It is a short and pleasant walk to the beach club and very close to the Colonade pool . This was a perfect place for our family of 6 to enjoy . I highly recommend this rental to a family looking for a classy … amenity filled unit . We ll be back !

Colonnade Club150 was fantastic. It was very spacious, open, and a lot of natural light. Bedrooms were so spacious with comfortable beds and excellent sheets. Just a wonderful space. The location was just private enough, very close to the pool, and a short walk or very short bike ride to the beach. Right in the center of all thar Hilton Head has to offer. I couldn't recommend the place more. We loved it.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. The space was clean which I highly value! Beautifully decorated, cozy rooms and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen and laundry room were so helpful and the living room was very comfortable and spacious.
We misunderstand and thought there was only 5 steps up to the until which was difficult for my mom's hip but we managed. It's the 5 steps in the picture PLUS a whole flight up to the second story.
We’d love to see the shower stalls upgraded to larger showers in the future (very tiny) but would stay again either way. The AC had a a hard time keeping up on the hottest day there but was wonderful otherwise.
It was further than the beach than we thought. We thought it was within walking distance but with three toddlers in a wagon it would have been too far so we drove. We never tried the pool so can't talk about that point!

My husband and I loved our stay at Hilton head island through Sunset Rentals. We booked it late notice after finding a camera in an Airbnb not connected to sunset rentals. They were able to quickly accommodate us and helped with directions to find the Airbnb. It was absolutely beautiful! From the kitchen, to the open dining/living area room, to the bedrooms, and lastly to the patio! My absolute favorite part of our Airbnb was the elaborate jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. We had a great view of the beautiful golf course and pond/creeks surrounding our Airbnb. Louise was very friendly and wonderful at answering all of our questions and helping us to find things to do on our stay. We couldn’t have picked a better place for our honeymoon! We definitely will be back in the future!

Our stay at this unit was exactly what we were expecting. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and is very close to lots of restaurants and golf courses. The unit itself is very spacious for a condo and is clean and well maintained throughout. I liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which were all updated and spacious. I would highly recommend this property.

150 was fantastic.
