Beach Gear Credit!
The living area features two comfortable couches and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The designer-inspired kitchen features stainless appliances, stone counters, plenty of cabinet space and a tile backsplash. Views of the lagoon can be seen from the kitchen windows as well.
The deck area is located just off the dining room through sliding doors. The deck sits out over the lagoon and features a dining table and chair set, as well as a grill.
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The main bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV and water views. This room has a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features 1 full size bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top, a flat screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A portable crib and high chair have also been provided for added convenience.
The owners have installed removable baby gates on the lower level stairs and the deck stairs. Gates are available upon request.
Guests of Seascape on Hilton Head have access to two community pools, as well as private restrooms at the beach. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from Seascape. Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach Park, The Beach Market and the Coligny Theatre are within biking distance. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
