Offer expires 11/24/2024 and you must book your vacation between 09/25/2024 and 11/26/2024.The living area features a large, comfortable sectional sofa, Smart TV and access to a private balcony overlooking the marsh. The dining area, which is open to the living room, seats 8 comfortably. The well-stocked kitchen features white appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination.
The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom features twin bunks and a twin bed. Both rooms have Smart TVs. They share access to an updated bathroom as well.
Guests staying at Hilton Head Resorts have access to 6 tennis courts(lighted and first come first serve), sundeck, badminton(first come first serve), 2 outdoor pools, indoor recreation center with a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, 1/10th mile paved track, kiddie pool, and indoor heated pool that is kept at 82F year-round. There is also a picnic area with charcoal grills and picnic tables, on site dining at Island grill (pool side) with internet café, pool tables, groceries, souvenirs, and beach toys.
Coco’s on the Beach (resorts ocean front beach bar and grill) is also open! The beach is a 7 min stroll down the boardwalk or there is a frequent golf cart shuttle that will drop you and your beach stuff right at the beach. Beach showers and bathrooms located at Coco’s on the beach.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

This is our first stay at Hilton Head Resort. There were 4 adults and 2 children, and we were most impressed with not only the cleanliness but also how well the condo was furnished! The owners have stocked the amenities with nice beech chairs, umbrella, and wagon to take personal items to and from the beach. We enjoyed time out by the pool swimming and also enjoyed the walk across the beautiful marsh that takes you directly to the beach at Cocos at the beach…. A nice beech tiki bar and grill that offers beach volleyball as well! And just a hint, if you are not up for walking to and from the beach, there are golf cart shuttles running most of the day so you can relax and spend all of your energy on the beach! Great Condo!!!!

Perfection!
This spot has it all! Boardwalk to the beach....by Cocos...a beach bar. Indoor and outdoor pool. Pickleball and tennis courts. There is even a bar and little restaurant by the outdoor pool! The drinks were on point! So convenient to be able to grab lunch and drinks while hanging by the pool. The condo itself is well stocked- even with a washer and dryer. The couch is so cozy. Perfect for our family
We loved our stay! My favorite part of our stay was that it was quiet around the condo. We all slept very well without slamming doors, loud people, etc. The walk to the beach was nice (about 7 mins) and you can see lots of little animals around the boardwalk as you go, my children loved that. The shuttle was super helpful if you don’t want to make the walk. We enjoyed playing tennis while we were there on the empty, we’ll-maintained courts. The swimming and jacuzzi pools were clean and the sauna was an added bonus. I’m actually on this site making fall reservations for the same place because we loved it so much. My husband said one of his favorite parts was that the first floor was nice so you don’t have to lug your stuff so far.
