Offer expires 11/24/2024 and you must book your vacation between 09/25/2024 and 11/26/2024.Upon entering the home you will be greeted by a large mud room featuring a full size washer and dryer. The first bedroom down the hall leading to the main living area is 1 of 3master suites with a king sized bed, flat screen TV, private bath with a walk-in shower, and balcony access. This large bedroom also includes a sitting area with a couch and plenty of space to relax!
The second master bedroom offers a king sized bed and flat screen TV. This room shares deck access with bedroom 1 and also has a private bath with double sinks and walk-in shower. The third master features a king sized bed and TV, private bath, and access to the atrium. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and includes a full sized bed, private bath with stand-up shower, and desk area.
Down the hall from the bedrooms you will find the ultra-inviting, open concept living room and kitchen. Thoroughly updated and equipped with all of the cooking essentials, the kitchen includes tray ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry for a fresh, modern, and clean look. The large windows offer plenty of sunshine while enjoying a family meal at the breakfast table with seating for 4 or eat-in kitchen counter. The living room showcases comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings, a 50" flat screen TV, and access to both the atrium and back deck.
Although this home is beautiful, you might find yourself spending most of your time enjoying the finest outdoor living on Hilton Head Island. This spectacular Sea Pines home boasts a beautiful lakeside backyard with a private pool, gas BBQ for alfresco dining and tranquil lake views. One of our guests’ favorite Sea Pines home rentals.
Garage is not available for guest use. Pool can be heated for an additional cost. This property offers Free Tennis time at the South Beach Racquet Club. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Deer Run 53
We had a very pleasant stay at 53 Deer Run. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, personal sized soaps/shampoos, etc. I've reserved vacation homes on Hilton Head through Sunset Rentals for a few years now and they have been great to work with. I didn't have to contact them this trip because everything was ready on the date/time they said it would be and there were no issues during our stay.

Great house
We loved this house! A huge criteria for me....it was clean!!! Beds were comfortable. Every bedroom with its own bathroom. Backyard with pool, overlooking canal was AWESOME! Saw alligators in the canal everyday. House was very private and on a dead end road. It was very convenient for a family of bike riders that there was a little path at the end of the road to get to the bike/walking trail. Beach access was very close too...easy walk or ride. A walk might’ve taken 3-4 mins??? We didn’t cook much but the little bit that we did, I would say some more things were needed in the kitchen like more skillets. There was one. However, I would gladly rent this house again. *** I think it’s VERY important to note that on the virtual tour of the house, it appears in one of the bedrooms, you have to walk through a bathroom to get to the bedroom. We loved the house and certainly would rent there again. Loved that it was located on a dead-end street. Made is safe for our younger children to bike ride. The location of the property was tucked back in and secluded from lots of sea pines traffic. Short walk to the beach. It was great! Spacious living quarters with a beautiful morning view of the fish jumping in the lagoon behind the house. Convenient walk to the beach and the opportunity to walk the trails throughout Sea Pines.

Better than the photos show
When looking for a house for our tennis team to use during the state tournament, I looked past this one several time before finally clicking on it. So happy I did. It was perfect. All one level, bathroom for each bedroom, plenty of parking, sitting and eating space for everyone and the view over the lagoon is lovely. I would definitely rent again.
