Welcome to this luxurious 6 bedroom, 7 bath Folly Field Hilton Head home located mid-island in Sandcastles By the Sea, one of Hilton Head's newest gated communities. This luxury Hilton Head vacation rental is loaded with high-quality appointments and offers beautiful lagoon views from all floors.

Located on the main level, you will find an exquisite top-of-the-line kitchen, sure to be a chef's delight, featuring high-end cabinetry and the highest quality stainless steel appliances. This floor also has a dining area that seats up to 8. To the right of the kitchen is an additional table that will seat 6.

Curl up on the cozy sofa and enjoy a peaceful afternoon watching your favorite shows in the family area just off the kitchen. The sofa is also a queen sleeper. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** For those that would prefer to not navigate stairs, there is a well-appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate sitting area, and a private bathroom on the main floor.

As you travel up the travertine staircase, you come to 3 of the home's 6 bedrooms. This floor also includes one of the master suites with a king bed. The master bath is a paradise amongst itself. The designer of the home added numerous features throughout the home but outdid themselves with this bathroom. Down the hall, you will find another bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Across the hall, you will find another bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Continue up the stairs to the third floor where the remaining 2 bedrooms are located. This floor includes the second master suite with a king bed & private bath. The last bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed, plus a private bathroom.

The ground floor is a haven for kids with ping pong, large flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player along with a mini kitchen area to get a quick snack. This area is just steps away from a quick dip in the private pool, sunbathing, or grilling your favorite foods.

The pool is heated at no additional cost in the cooler (winter) months. This property only allows 6 cars and street parking is not allowed.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
