This spacious Mooring Buoy Hilton Head home accommodates 12 guests in 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. The primary suite is large, with a king-size bed, large primary bath with spa tub and shower, large TV, a private sitting room with windows that overlook the pool and lagoon. The first guest room has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second guest room has a King bed, private bath with a tub/shower, and TV. The fourth bedroom has four twin beds, a private bath and wall mounted TV.
Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

We had a wonderful stay - the house is in a fabulous location - quiet, but close to the beach and right on the lagoon which is perfect for kayaking. Sunset Rentals made booking easy and was quick to respond to issues that we had.

Loved the home at 163 Mooring Buoy. We found the home to be just as described in the listing. The proximity to the beach was convenient. There were numerous light bulbs out on the property - front porch, 2 in dining room, 1 back flood light over pool area.
