121 Ocean One is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom oceanfront Hilton Head condo situated in the heart of South Forest Beach. Located on the first floor, this fantastic property allows easy access to the beach straight from the back patio!
With recent updates and ocean views from the main living areas and primary bedroom, guests are sure to have a memorable and convenient vacation. The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, 2 club chairs, a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to the private, ground-floor patio through sliding glass doors.
The dining table seats 8 comfortably with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is a chef's dream space! The new counters, stainless appliances and ample cabinet space make cooking a breeze.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and access to the patio through sliding doors. This room also has a private bathroom with a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower.
The queen guest room, located just across the hall from the primary bedroom, has a flat-screen TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The third guest room is perfect for the kids of the group with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The full bed also has a pull-out twin-size trundle.
The Ocean One pool is open from April through October. (The pool is not heated.) Two car passes are permitted from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
This Ocean One Hilton Head Villa is situated in Forest Beach HHI. The Forest Beach resort area stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities on Hilton Head Island. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Beautiful home, newly renovated, would absolutely stay again. Family of four, plenty of room, the patio overlooking lush trees towards the ocean is an added bonus. Walkable to coligny and HHI highlights.
