The living room and dining area are adjoined by a Carolina room, perfect for reading, and the fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for meals in or whipping up a picnic for the beach. The living area features a new 70" 4K Smart TV for added enjoyment. NEW coffee bar complete with Keurig, Nespresso VertoLine and wine refrigerator complete the coffee bar in the living area. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**
The primary bedroom has a king bed, 48" flat-screen TV and a recently renovated private en suite with double vanity and step-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Links 10B includes a 4-person golf cart, perfect for getting to/from the beach, which is just a 5-minute golf cart ride! The golf cart is stored in the private 2 car garage, perfect for storing bikes and beach gear.
The Links, are located in the Villages of Port Royal, near the Marriott Barony and Westin Hotel. The complex has easy access to the many bike paths on the island and offers a community pool.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

The home was super clean and very well equipped. The grill was low on propane and when we called to ask about it they were super friendly and brought a new right away. The pool was also clean and very nice. The golf cart made getting to the beach so much easier.

Great rental! The home was very clean and well appointed. I thought the website pictures were very accurate. Sunset Rental staff was awesome, especially Amanda since we had to get a temp code to get back in and retrieve an item that was left behind.
