Welcome to your little piece of paradise on Hilton Head Island. This 1st floor, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is sure to leave you feeling relaxed. Wendover Dunes is a raised property with parking underneath.
As you enter the foyer you are greeted by a large open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used. The dining area offers formal seating for 8, and 3 barstool at the breakfast bar.The family room has been professionally decorated, has plenty of seating and a large Flat screen TV. Head out onto the screen porch and enjoy the sounds of the island. This villa overlooks the beautiful and private pool area.
The master suite with a palm tree theme has a king bed and 40" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a nautical theme, 2 full size beds and a 32" TV. The guest bathroom is sure to be impressive, a full stand up shower, a private toilet closet and Jacuzzi tub.
The Wendover Dunes community offers garage parking, a private pool area with Jacuzzi, children's' pool, grill area.
Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; Passes are charged per car per week.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.
