This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Sea Pines Hilton Head Island home is located just a short walk to the famed Harbour Town Marina and Lawton Stables and is just a 10-minute bike ride to the beach in Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island!
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a spacious backyard area, private pool/spa, gas grill and elevated deck, this home is the perfect vacation spot for those desiring outdoor living.
The open floor plan makes socializing a breeze with a tastefully decorated living area with a flat-screen TV. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The dining area and kitchen are located just off the living area. The spacious eat-in kitchen has seating at the breakfast table, as well as the bar. A large kitchen island makes prep work a breeze!
There is also Carolina room off the eat-in kitchen which leads to the back deck.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including two master bedrooms with king beds, as well another king room and a room with two twins. Each room has a flat-screen TV.
The owner of this home provides beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use. **Garage is not available for guest use.**
Sea Pines Hilton Head is the island's original and largest planned plantation resort. While it is currently the home of the Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers, there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops, restaurants and Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer.
Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week.
Pet fee is $225 plus tax per dog. Max is 2 dogs, 75 pounds each.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Beach fun!!
Loved our stay at this place!! I've been coming to Hilton Head for 3 decades and this is my favorite place I have stayed, absolutely beautiful, my family wants to come back here every year now. The house was immaculate and is the perfect spot! Highly recommend.

Loved our stay!
We loved everything about our stay in Hilton head. The house was well maintained, clean, well-stocked, and in a perfect location in Sea Pines between Harbourtown and the ocean. We couldn't have had a better experience!
