This end unit condo provides luxury vacationing with the feel of a private home. The living area features a sleeper sofa, comfortable upholstered chairs, a Smart TV and access to the private back deck. The back deck, complete with a gas grill, provides an great spot to watch golfers tee off at the 3rd hole of the Shipyard Golf Course.
The stunning kitchen features all new stainless appliances, granite counters, a dual Keurig coffee maker and custom cabinetry.
The master bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet and golf course views. The private bathroom has a granite top vanity with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and a Smart TV. This room also has it's own exit to the front porch, as well as a private bathroom with a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
