Your vacation will be a breeze in this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, renovated townhouse style villa in the Greens community on Hilton Head Island’s scenic and serene Shipyard.

As you enter Greens 151 you will immediately notice the renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials. Past the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6 and the living room which includes a flat screen HDTV with HD and DVR. Sliding glass doors will take you out to the shaded deck featuring a gas grill and a landscaped golf view.

Greens 151 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms on the upper level. The main bedroom has a king bed and private bath as well as the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and also a private bath. Bedrooms are both equipped with flat screen HDTV's. Both bathrooms have been recently updated granite countertops, new vanities, ceramic tile and all new light fixtures.

The Greens are set on the rolling fairways of the Shipyard only a short walk from the beach, newly renovated private on-site pool, golf and tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Good location

The location and proximity to the beach was perfect! The unit we stayed in was clean enough and comfortable but the decor could use some updating. The patio seating was not comfortable and needed to be cleaned.

If you are on the fence about where to book your stay on Hilton Head Island, look no further. This adorably decorated condo is everything you could possibly want. “The Greens” property is located about as close to the private Shipyard Plantation beach entrance as you can get, and this is one of our favorite beaches on Hilton Head. Bike trails woven throughout the plantation give you a safe and picturesque place to take a bike ride, do some alligator watching in the many ponds, or go for a brisk morning run. Shipyard plantation is centrally located, so you can get anywhere you really want to go on the island in 15 minutes or less by car, and there are countless restaurants and activities in biking distance. Because it is a private community you get space from the hustle and bustle when needed. The unit itself is adorable and obviously well cared for. My favorite thing about the unit was the storage! There is ample drawer and closet space thoughtfully incorporated throughout the home, including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and tons of bathroom storage. Also, the upstairs laundry (on the same floor as the bedrooms) was a huge plus. We always underestimate how much clothing we will need on our beach vacations and it was great to not have to haul laundry up and down stairs. The kitchen is also well stocked and I have to give props specifically for their having sufficient pots to do a low county boil! This is the first of many stays in Hilton Head where I could do a proper boil because they actually had two large pots available. That’s a winner in my book. Finally, check in was a breeze. I am all for simple check in so I can get straight to vacationing, and this was it. Everything we needed to know was emailed to us before we arrived so all we had to do was show up and enter the passcode to the condo. Effortless. We will be back.

Great location in Shipyard

We loved the layout of the condo and it’s the closest to the pool! The condo was clean and everything worked as it should! Shipyard is a great area in Hilton Head! Great bike paths and close to everything!
