Operations Manager

Bryon is an Operations Manager for Sunset Rentals, joining our team in 2020. With over 20 years' experience in the hospitality and vacation rental management industry, Bryon takes great pride in his work and is dedicated to the success of the properties in his portfolio. He is well known for his hands-on, personalized approach to property management, tailoring his service to meet the individual needs of each of his managed properties and property owners. Prior to this role, Bryon successfully managed a large portfolio of properties on Hilton Head Island as an Operations Manager with Wyndham Vacation Rentals and Vacasa. Bryon brings a vast amount of knowledge and skill to the team, having previously served in various leadership roles as General Manager, Corporate Owner Services Manager and Operations Manager. 

Bryon is a local to the Carolinas, growing up on the beach in Wilmington, NC and relocating to the Hilton Head area in 2012. In his spare time, Bryon enjoys unwinding with hobbies as a shade tree mechanic, canoeing on the May River, biking on trails and the beach, as well as cooking.
