ANNIE

General Manager

Annie is the General Manager for Sunset Rentals, joining our team in 2020. With over 15 years in the vacation rental industry, Annie directs and oversees the day-to-day operations. She works with the team to creatively and proactively solve problems and any issues that may arise. Annie provides leadership to the team and encourages a high level of service for our owners and guests. 

Annie's experience in the industry began during her studies at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah when she first worked for Sanddollar – East West Management. After graduation, she continued her career with Sanddollar which merged with ResortQuest in 2005. Annie has worked through several mergers and acquisitions including Resort Rentals of Hilton Head, Wyndham, Vacasa and presently with Sunset Rentals.

Annie has been a visitor to Hilton Head Island since she was four years old and her parents purchased land in Bluffton for a weekend and summer vacation home. Now a permanent resident to Bluffton, Annie enjoys many of the same things now that she experienced as a young girl: fishing, crabbing and shrimping. In her free time, you may find Annie boating and exploring the Island, meandering through the salt marshes from Tybee Island to Charleston, and seeing the wildlife that also calls our area home.
