New to the vacation rental market for December 2025, this beautifully outfitted 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is the perfectly located vacation rental!

The newly furnished living area features comfortable furnishings and a Smart TV, as well as access to the private patio. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and is open to the well-appointed kitchen. There is a full size laundry center and a powder room located on this level as well.

Up the stairs, you'll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, dedicated work space and a private balcony. This room also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and also features a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 45 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops, Hilton Head Island have access to complex tennis courts and 3 communal complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!

Forest Beach is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
