This charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families, couples, and small groups seeking an unforgettable Lowcountry getaway.

The heart of this villa centers around an inviting living space with comfortable furnishings and a Smart TV. Step outside onto your private balcony area, where island views and outdoor furniture create the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunset watching.

Back inside, you'll find a dedicated dining area that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances.

An adjacent powder room adds convenience for guests throughout the main living areas.

Sleeping up to six guests comfortably, this thoughtfully appointed home spans two floors and features two spacious bedrooms, plus two twin sleeper sofas in the living area, ensuring everyone has a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, and both have their own en-suite full bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for multiple families or guests. One bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while the other has a large walk-in shower.

The Ocean Breeze complex on Hilton Head Island is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, free on-site tennis and is only a short walk to the beach. Our Coligny Beach vacation rentals are walking distance to the award-winning beaches on Hilton Head Island. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer restrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 6 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs each. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 is required if you are bringing a dog.

Short Term Rental Permit#

No smoking permitted. 

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
