Just off the kitchen is a dining area, with additional dining space in the kitchen breakfast area. The fully renovated kitchen offers marble counters, stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a separate laundry area.
Two of the 4 bedrooms are located on the first level. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This room also has access to the patio area through sliding doors. The second bedroom on this level has 2 queen beds, a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second level feature another king bedroom with a Smart TV, private balcony overlooking the golf course and lagoon, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The 4th room is a perfect kid''s nook with a twin bed, Smart TV and skylight.
Townhouse Tennis community is the perfect location for guests who enjoy a quiet respite with desirable amenities. Guests have access to 2 meticulously maintained clay tennis courts, a community pool and beautiful lagoon and golf course views. The community has 7½ acres of heavily treed and landscaped surroundings. Guests are allowed to bring up to 2 vehicles with 1 dedicated covered parking space.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
