The open concept floor plan makes entertaining a breeze. Laminate flooring runs throughout the property and noticeable updates, including new furniture and décor, help to make this a coveted vacation spot. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa and loveseat with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The remodeled kitchen features granite counters stainless appliances and everything you will need to cook a meal for your family. The dining table seats six comfortably, and there are an additional 3 barstools at the kitchen bar.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, wall-mounted flat screen and a private bathroom with a tub shower combination.
The guest bedroom also features a queen bed and has a wall-mounted flat screen and access to a hall bathroom with a tub shower combination.
Guests staying at The Dune, Forest Beach Hilton Head villa rentals have access to a community pool. The beach is a quick 5-to-7-minute walk away, and the famed Coligny Plaza area is an easy 5 to 10 minute bike ride.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Paradise

We had the best time at the Dunes 4h. Great location. Newly remodeled and clean! Well stocked appliances and amenities. Parking was a little tight but ok since we had one car and space was assigned.We had the best trip. Sunset Reality was great to work with. The bike rental credit was a Bonus!
