This beautiful Surf décor unit offers an open gourmet kitchen with maple cabinets, tile flooring, granite counters, new stainless appliances, breakfast bar, built in granite topped desk, as well as the laundry closet with washer and dryer.

The tiled floor dining room is open to the family room and offers seating for 6. The family room has plenty of comfortable furniture along with a 55"mounted flat screen TV, DVD/DVR, Plantation shutters and ceiling fan. The sliding glass doors allow access to the deck with gas grill and table for 4. After a day at the beach relax in the year round screened in living area off the deck, complete with sectional couch, in/outdoor carpeting, ceiling fan and fantastic views of the golf course/lagoon.

The first floor primary suite offers wood flooring, a king bed, 40" mounted flat screen TV, double closets, ceiling fan & a sliding door that opens to the deck area. The spacious en-suite bath has a large walk-in tiled shower, tile flooring and a corian top maple vanity. The guest powder room is located on the 1st floor with a granite topped vanity.

The wood stairs lead you to the 2nd floor which features 2 guest bedrooms with wood flooring, ceiling fans, private full baths with tile flooring, walk-in tiled showers & marble topped vanities, 38" mounted flat screen TV's, double closets and a private balcony. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a day bed w/ trundle with balcony views of the golf course. The 2nd guest bedroom offers queen bed w/ front views.

The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
