Located in the peaceful Shipyard community, this well-appointed villa provides everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Step into the main living space and discover a thoughtfully arranged open-concept layout that encourages gathering and relaxation. The living room features a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, while the adjacent dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals and quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with everything you'll need to make a meal for your family. A separate breakfast table off the kitchen adds extra dining space. A screened-in porch extends your living space outdoors, offering wonderful spots to enjoy island breezes and soak in the natural beauty surrounding you.

The villa features two generously sized bedrooms thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six guests comfortably. The primary bedroom showcases a luxurious king bedroom, private balcony overlooking the pristine community pool, Smart TV and an ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom is equally inviting with two twin beds, Smart TV, private balcony overlooking the community and is served by a full guest bathroom. Additionally, a sleeper sofa in the living area offers flexible sleeping arrangements, and a convenient powder room on the main level adds extra functionality for your group.

The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Shipyard villas and rentals are tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
