Welcome to Tennismaster 203, a beautifully appointed two-bedroom villa located in Shipyard Community, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your coastal getaway. This spacious villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, or multiple couples seeking a memorable retreat on this stunning barrier island.

Enjoy the open concept floor plan, featuring a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private porch overlooking the Tennismaster community pool. Back inside the property, you'll find a dedicated dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests!

The thoughtfully designed layout features two generously sized bedrooms with full bathrooms, plus an additional powder room, ensuring ample privacy and comfort for all your guests. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, Smart TV and private balcony overlooking the community pool. This room features a beautifully renovated private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has full-size bunk beds, a Smart TV and a private balcony overlooking the Tennismaster ground. This room is perfect for accommodating children or providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your party.

The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Shipyard villas and rentals are tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
