The entry living areas feature an inviting atmosphere, seamlessly flowing into a well-appointed dining area perfect for family meals and gatherings. The dedicated secondary living area provides flexible space for relaxation or entertainment, while the game room with ping pong table keeps guests of all ages engaged and entertained throughout their stay.

The spacious kitchen is outfitted with granite counters, ample storage space and a Keurig coffee maker for starting your mornings right. the kitchen opens to outdoor dining and a gas grill area, perfect for entertaining and taking advantage of Hilton Head's beautiful weather.

The primary suite is located on the main level and features a king bed and a Smart TV. This room has a gorgeous private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms are located on the same hall as the primary suite. the first guest bedroom has a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. Guests have access to two separate hall bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a shower stall.

Across the home, you'll find a separate area that contains a cardio gym! Stairs from the gym lead to a separate living area and a spacious private suite. This suite has a queen bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace and a table with seating for four. This room also has a private bathroom with a shower stall.

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the property's resort amenities including free use of kayaks for exploring the waterways, and bikes for leisurely rides through the island. The home features a private pool with lagoon views, along with a patio and deck providing multiple outdoor living spaces. The garden and backyard area, complete with outdoor furniture, offer the perfect setting for sunrise coffee or sunset relaxation while enjoying island views.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
