This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is located on the ground level (no stairs!) and features an open-concept floor plan and laminate flooring throughout.
The living area features comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa, as well as a Smart TV and access to the private patio. The dining area beyond seats 7 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The spacious kitchen features plenty of cabinet and counters space and is well-equipped with everything you'll need to cook during your stay.
The main bedroom is located just off the living room and features a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large vanity area and a tub/shower combination.
The queen guest bedroom features a Smart TV and a private bathroom as well, with double sinks and a tub/shower combination.
The twin bedroom has a Smart TV and a dedicated work/study space featuring a sit-down-standup computer workstation desk and task chair, plus high-speed WiFi access supports all your video conference needs. This bedroom has access to a shared hall bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Guests staying at the property have access to a fantastic community pool, and the brand new Celebration Park can be accessed through a gate just across the parking lot from #13. Coligny Plaza and the Atlantic Ocean are just beyond!

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Perfect place for vacation!
This was our first visit to Hilton Head. This condo was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The unit was clean and there was plenty of room in the common areas for all of us. This unit is located in the back corner of the property so it was quiet and peaceful.
