This beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Hilton Head Sea Pines home offers a spacious open floor plan and a fantastic outdoor area, perfect for family gatherings. The stair-free home provides vacationers with 2 living areas and plenty of space to spread out. The entire interior of the home was repainted in the spring of 2022, and new wood flooring was added to all the common areas.

As you walk in the front door, you’ll find the first living area straight ahead. The second living area is just beyond. Both living rooms feature comfortable furnishings, flat screen TVs and access to the pool area with fantastic views of the Atlantic Dunes golf course.

The deluxe kitchen offers plenty of counter space, stainless appliances, including a wine fridge, and everything you’ll need to cook a meal for your guests. The dining area sits between the two living rooms and offers seating for 10 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

Just off the dining area you’ll find the first guest room with a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large vanity and a tiled tub/shower combo. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home. The first bedroom features 2 full size beds. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The next room features a queen bed with a private bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower. The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV and sliding doors that lead out to the pool deck. The stunning master bathroom features a separate vanity outside of the bathroom, as well as a large dual vanity inside and a tiled walk-in shower.

This Hilton Head Sea Pines home rental has a remarkable outdoor space with a large pool, attached spa, lounge seating, a dining table and a gas grill. You’ll find the beach is just a short, 5-7 minute walk away!
