Step into the inviting living area where a comfortable seating arrangement awaits, complete with a television for evening entertainment. The adjacent dining area features a dining table perfect for enjoying meals together, creating memorable moments with loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen is fully stocked with all you'll need to prepare a meal for your guests.

Entertainment and relaxation extend to the outdoor spaces, where you'll discover a beautiful patio area with outdoor furniture and dining options, perfect for morning coffee while enjoying views of the championship golf course. The property includes grill for those who love outdoor cooking.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, balcony overlooking the golf course and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed with a private bathroom.

The Shipmaster area of Shipyard is only a leisurely 15-minute walk or bike ride on the scenic bike paths to the beach. This community has an on-site pool and free tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

The plantation offers 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
