Welcome to Sea Lane 15, your perfect home away from home in the heart of Palmetto Dunes on beautiful Hilton Head Island. This stunning four-bedroom, three-full-bathroom residence offers an exceptional vacation experience for up to ten guests, combining modern comfort with thoughtful design throughout its two spacious floors. Whether you're seeking a family retreat or a gathering of friends, this home delivers everything you need for an unforgettable coastal escape.

The main level of the home offers an open-concept floor plan, sweeping pool and golf course views and ample space to spread out. Guests can enjoy two separate sun-soaked living areas, both with Smart TVs. The main dining area offers seating for 8, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. For more space, there is another sitting area just beyond the kitchen- perfect for a quiet breakfast or an evening card game!

The stunningly renovated kitchen, which is open to the dining areas, is a chef's delight with stainless appliances, ample counter space and a large kitchen island.

Two of the 4 bedrooms are located on the main level. The first bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom (perfect for kids!) features two twin beds and a Smart TV.

Up the stairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV and a large private bathroom with a dual vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

Not to be outdone by the interior, the exterior of the home offers an expansive back yard, complete with views of the golf course and crystal-clear private pool. Guests can enjoy lounge seating around the pool, as well as a dining table and chair set on the elevated deck- complete with a propane grill!

*The pool can be heated September-April for an additional fee.

Palmetto Dunes is a gated community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
