Sailmaster 46 offers an exceptional vacation retreat nestled in the heart of Shipyard where coastal charm meets modern comfort. This stunning, completely renovated, three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa accommodates up to ten guests across two floors, making it an ideal destination for families or groups!

The heart of this villa showcases a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and gorgeous counters. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a welcoming dining area complete with a dining table perfect for family meals or entertaining. The expansive living area invites relaxation with a smart television and comfortable seating, while island views create a serene atmosphere throughout the space.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a Smart TV and an ensuite full bathroom, providing the perfect sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The first guest bedroom offers two full beds and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom combines versatility with comfort, featuring a twin bunk bed with a trundle, as well as a twin bed. Guests can enjoy a private balcony overlooking the island landscape. This room also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The exterior of the property is sure to delight with two comfortable lounge chairs, as well as a dining table and a propane grill. The owners of the property have also provided 4 beach chairs for guests to use!

Situated in the manicured grounds and rolling fairways of Shipyard, Sailmaster Commons is only a short bike ride to the Shipyard Golf Club, the beach and the Sonesta Resort. The beautiful on-site pool is conveniently located across the tree-covered parking area.

Shipyard Plantation is tucked away in the historic oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Car passes are required for access into Shipyard. There is an additional fee per car pass ($15 plus tax). 2 car passes max per property.

No smoking permitted. 

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
