Welcome to 8 Rice Lane! This elevated two-story home offers ample space for your family and canine companion! With a large private pool and wooded view for extra privacy, this home is sure to please.

The main level of the home offers a comfortable living area with a sectional sofa and Smart TV. Brand-new LVP flooring spans the home, with coastal tones throughout. The living area is open to the dining area, which also gives easy access to the top deck overlooking the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook a meal for your family. A breakfast table offers seating for 4, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Two of the four bedrooms are located on the main level. Both bedrooms have king beds and share access to a newly renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Up the stairs, you'll find the two remaining bedrooms. One room has two full beds, while the main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private, renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Outside, you'll find a large, elevated pool and deck- the perfect spot to cool off after a long day at the beach! Guests also have access to a gas grill.

Guests of this Sea Pines Hilton Head rental can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week.

Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs MAX; 70 lbs per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225 per dog.

Can access the beach from multiple bike trails along South Sea Pines Drive, or park at one of the Sea Pines Trolly Stops and ride the Trolly to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
