Situated within the prestigious Queens Grant community, this property puts you within easy walking or bike-riding distance to the pool and the beach!

This thoughtfully designed villa spans one comfortable level and sleeps up to six guests . The primary bedroom features a king bed, access to the patio area through sliding doors and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, ideal for children or friends traveling together. This room has access to a shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living area includes a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping options for larger groups.

The heart of the home is an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counters and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and a blender for preparing delicious meals. A spacious dining/living features comfortable furnishings, vaulted ceilings and provides the perfect setting for shared meals and relaxation. The living area also has a Smart TV and access to the patio area through sliding glass doors.

Beyond the indoor spaces, this villa boasts wonderful outdoor living amenities including a large deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation, a gas grill for enjoyable outdoor cooking, and island views that capture the natural beauty of the Hilton Head landscape.

The Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes complex is near the entrance of the resort and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course, only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The complex features multiple community pools, open April through Septembe,r with beautifully landscaped gardens and bike paths and easy access to the amenities of Shelter Cove. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.

Pet Policy: this home is dog-friendly. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 2 dogs MAX; 75 pounds per dog.

Parking Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community that requires each vehicle to have a car pass; please specify the number of car passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: Parking for 2 cars only!

No smoking permitted. 

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
