Welcome to 600 Queens Grant! This beautifully updated and newly furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome offers ample space with comfortable and stylish accommodations.

The open-concept floor plan offers a thoughtfully outfitted living area with a large sectional sofa, two club chairs, dedicated work space and a Smart TV. The dining area beyond seats 8 comfortably. The well-appointed kitchen has granite counters, plenty of cabinet and counter space and all you'll need to cook your meals!

There are two bedrooms on this level as well. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, access to the patio area and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two full size beds, a Smart TV and access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Up the stairs, you'll find two more bedrooms. The first has a queen bed and a Smart TV, while the 2nd bedroom (perfect for the kids in the group!) offers two twin beds and a Smart TV.

600 Queens Grant has a fantastic outdoor space, accessed through the living area sliding doors. Guests can enjoy a propane grill, dining table and lounge chairs.

The Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes complex is near the entrance of the resort and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course, only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The complex features a community pool open April through September with beautifully landscaped gardens and bike paths and easy access to the amenities of Shelter Cove. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

Parking Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community that requires each vehicle to have a car pass; please specify the number of car passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: Parking for 2 cars only!

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
