Two generously appointed primary bedrooms showcase king beds, ideal for couples seeking ultimate relaxation and privacy. An additional queen bedroom provides flexibility for your group, while two full bedrooms ensure younger travelers and additional guests have cozy retreats of their own. With three full bathrooms and an additional half bath, morning routines flow smoothly even with a full house, and each bath is equipped with quality fixtures including a luxurious walk-in shower for your convenience.

The heart of this island home centers around its fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. You'll find everything needed to prepare casual meals or elaborate dinners, from quality pots and pans to dishes and utensils.

The spacious living room invites relaxation with a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The living area opens up to the dining area, making mingling with your guests a breeze! There is also additional seating at the kitchen island, as well as a separate breakfast area.

Beyond the interior spaces, outdoor living awaits with a screened in porch, elevated private patio and expansive pool deck area featuring beautiful island views. A gas grill and outdoor dining setup create the perfect setting for entertaining and enjoying Hilton Head's temperate climate. Guests also have access to a private dock area overlooking the lagoon.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: 4 cars.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
