Welcome to 56 Ocean Breeze! This beautifully updated and dog-friendly 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is new to the vacation rental market for spring 2026!

The main level of the property is open-concept. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. Past the living area, you'll find the kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 2 at a hightop table off the living area.

The main level also has a bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Up the stairs you'll find the remaining bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 6 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 25 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

The Ocean Breeze complex on Hilton Head Island is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, with one in this villa's back yard, free on-site tennis and is only a short walk to the beach. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer restrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

No smoking permitted. 

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
