Moorings 71 is a stunning two-bedroom, three bathroom, dog-friendly villa located just steps from the pool and beach access. The airy, open-concept living space features a comfortable sleeper sofa, reclining chairs and a Smart TV, as well as access to two private patios. The living area seamlessly flows into a dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances, granite countertops, and sleek cabinetry. Guests also have a access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, located just off the living area.

The primary suite offers a tranquility with a king bed, balcony access and an en-suite bathroom featuring a tiled tub/shower and dual vanities. The second bedroom also functions as a private suite, and boasts two queen beds, balcony access and an en-suite bath.

For rentals in Hilton Head Island, the Moorings complex is the ideal location for those wanting quick, easy access to the beach. Walk out your door and have your toes in the sand in less than 3 minutes! The community also features an on-site pool, which is open April through September.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

The Moorings complex is not equipped with elevators. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
