Welcome to 3348 Lake Forest! Located on a shimmering lagoon in the heart of Sea Pines, this beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome offers ample space and comfortable accommodations.

Up a half flight of stairs, you'll find the main level of this home. The well-appointed living area has cozy furniture, a flat screen TV and access to the spacious private porch. The porch overlooks the lagoon and lowcountry wildlife, with plenty of seating and a gas grill.

Back inside guests have two dining areas and a renovated, well-stocked kitchen with ample counter and cabinet space.

Two bedrooms are located on this level. The first has two twin beds and access to the porch through sliding doors. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms share access to a renovated hall bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The first has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The primary bedroom also has a king bed, as well as a flat screen TV and a private, renovated bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

Guests staying in our Lake Forest villa can enjoy the on-site community pool and tennis courts. The easily accessible bike paths can quickly get you to the beach, the Sea Pines Beach Club, Lawton Stables, Harbour Town or the Sea Pines Center. A free trolley service is offered seasonally as well.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers, there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer.

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
