As you walk up the steps and enter the front door, you're greeted by tons of natural light, luxury vinyl plank flooring and views of the pool and golf course.
The living area features a brand new Crate & Barrel sectional sofa and a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV.
The dining area has seating for 6 and access to the private deck area.
The kitchen has been opened up and renovated to include all new cabinets and quartz countertops. You will find brand new Bosch appliances, a gorgeous Italian 7-burner dual fuel range and a stand-alone ice maker.
The master suite offers a king size bed, Smart TV, views of the pool and a large closet area. The private bathroom is complete with dual vanities and a spacious, zero-entry walk-in shower.
On the other side of the home you'll find the two guest bedrooms. The first has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large zero-entry walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV and private bathroom with shiplap walls and a tiled tub/shower combination.
The outdoor area of this home was completely reconstructed in the spring of 2022 to include a new premium PVC decking and a pool. The deck offers a mix of sun and shade, multiple sitting area, all with views of the natural landscaping and golf course beyond.
This is the closest single family Hilton Head Shipyard rental home to the beach, just a short 0.7 mile walk or bike ride via shady path.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $25 plus tax for the stay. 3 Car Passes Max.
*Pool Heat and Cooling are available seasonally for an additional fee.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Amazing Stay!

Highly Recommend!
Absolutely amazing. We’ve been to Hilton Head a handful of times and I’m not sure any other rental will beat this one in Shipyard. Layout of the home was amazing for my wife, one year old and dog. Kitchen was immaculate and the patio with the pool was perfect way to relax after hot days. Location is also convenient to walking trails and bike paths to the beach. Highly, highly recommend this rental!

Kingston Dunes 82
Great home with plenty of room to relax. Located in a quiet area with great views of the golf course and lush landscape. Everything was nice and clean and offered plenty of closet storage for personal belongings. The pool was fun to use, although the water was kept pretty cool. The beach is a quick bike ride away; walking the path would definitely take a lot longer.

My daughter and her family moved to HHI in July 2022. They recently bought 54 Kingston Dunes and are doing some renovations. They have been renting and were at 83 Kingston Dunes during our stay at 82. Your home was convenient to them, the beach and our regular visit to the island for the past 40 years. We love the location and your home was so carefully designed to give us a perfect stay. We loved all the extras we dont usually find in rentals. We hope to return again!

Couldn’t ask for a more ideal vacation!
Our family absolutely loved everything about our stay at 82 Kingston Dunes. From the perfect location to the incredible amenities in the home, we couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy time together and a much needed getaway. The house is gorgeous and has incredible features. From the gourmet kitchen to the spa-like bathrooms, not 1 detail was overlooked. The gorgeous deck and pool allowed us the option of unwinding while enjoying watching the wildlife overlooking the golf course. The location to the beach can’t be beat – close enough to walk or ride your bike but far enough away from any crowds.

Thank you for sharing your home! We come to HHI every October, however this is our first time staying in Shipyard! We enjoyed our stay and love the updates. Was a little chillier than most Oct. trips this stay, but we still managed to enjoy the pool. Thanks again!

Great stay!
We had a great time at 82 Kingston Dunes! The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. The oven was amazing. We all were able to sit comfortably in the family room to watch TV. The pool and outdoor space was fun for all and relatively private. The beach was a short walk away. We'd stay here again.
