This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Hilton Head Shipyard rental home offers all the comforts you'd desire for a relaxing getaway. Located in Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island, Kingston Dunes 80 offers all the comforts of home in a tranquil setting, less than a mile from the beach.
The living area is outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV, an electric fireplace and adjoins a sunny Carolina room- the perfect spot to take in the golf course views or to read a book! The well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, a tiled backsplash and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen bar. You're able to access the elevated patio area and private pool deck through sliding doors off the kitchen.
Kingston Dunes 80 sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the first level of the home. It features a new wood flooring, a king bed, flat-screen TV with Roku and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second guest bedroom, also located on the first level, features a queen bed, new wood flooring, flat-screen TV with Roku and access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is located on the 2nd level of the home. This room has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV with Roku and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Shipyard Property
Enjoyed our stay very much. It was a nice walk to the beach each day and very close to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and had everything we needed to live there for 4 weeks. And in a very quiet area which was nice- Anonymous U , Posted: 12/29/2021
Wonderful!
Almost hesitate to give this place a good review for fear it will be all booked when we want to come again. This house is fantastic. One of the best stocked kitchens ever. Has anything and everything you need to cook. The beds are comfortable. The sunroom is enjoyable to sit and watch the birds, squirrels and golfers. House is big in a quiet neighborhood.
