The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, offering a serene retreat after days of island adventures. The second bedroom welcomes guests with a comfortable queen bed, Smart TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom, which takes on the 2nd level of the home, provides flexibility with both a king bed and twin bed, making it ideal for families with children or groups with varying sleep preferences. This room also has a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The living room features a smart television and comfortable seating where you can unwind with family or catch up on your favorite shows. Hardwood floors flow throughout the living spaces, creating an elegant and easy-to-maintain environment. The heart of Kingston 55 is its fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, The convenient kitchen island provides additional counter space and casual dining, while the dining area seats the whole group comfortably for shared meals.

Our Hilton Head Shipyard rental homes are tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island. This popular vacation destination offers 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

No smoking permitted. 

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
