Look no further for your next family vacation home! 36 Kingston is a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Shipyard Hilton Head pet-friendly rental with a private pool! This spacious home with an open floor plan features 2 living areas and a fantastic kitchen. With separate wings of the home on either side of the living areas, this 36 Kingston is perfect for multiple families.

As you walk through the front door, you’ll enter the first of 2 living areas. This room features two comfortable sofas and access to the back deck with views of the pool and spa. The dining area, with seating for 9, is located just off this room. Past the first living area, you’ll find the kitchen and second living area. This room has a large, comfortable sectional sofa, wall-mounted Smart TV and additional doors that lead to the back deck.

The kitchen bar has seating for 4, with additional seating for 4 more at the breakfast table. The well-appointed kitchen has black and stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and lots of cabinets for storage.

You’ll find two guest bedrooms to the right of the kitchen. The first features a queen and a twin bed. The second features a king bed, flat-screen TV and access to the back patio. These bedrooms share access to a large bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

The primary bedroom and remaining guest bedroom are both located on the opposite side of the home. The guest room has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The amazing primary suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV and access to the patio area. The primary bathroom has a spacious walk-in closet, double sinks and a huge tiled walk-in shower.

The most enjoyable feature of the house is the outdoor space. The patio area has a dining table with seating for 4, a gas grill and steps that lead down to the pool deck. You’ll find additional seating around the deck and 4 lounge chairs as well. 36 Kingston is one of our Shipyard Hilton Head pet-friendly rentals and is the perfect home for your next family vacation!

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
