Upon entry, you immediately experience a bright, fresh and inviting living space that has been completely renovated for 2026 and features expansive windows and sliding glass doors to showcase the breathtaking ocean views. The living area is also newly furnished featuring a relaxing, power reclining sofa that creates a cozy place to unwind while staying closely connected to the natural beauty just outside. The main living area also features a large, 65” Smart TV as well as other swivel chairs to maximize your entertainment flexibility.

The kitchen has been elegantly updated with coastal colors, premium tile accents, quartz countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with an in-door ice and water distributer as well as a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. No details have been spared - the unit has a complete renovation design that intentionally creates an open, functional and stylish space for preparing meals, drinks or a quick snack to enjoy on the balcony. Notice the brand new, premium beverage/wine cooler ready for you to store and enjoy your favorite beverages of choice. You will find the kitchen to be thoughtfully stocked with all of the necessities for your desired meal preparations. The primary bedroom has a King bed, 65” smart TV, all new coastal design furniture and accent wall, pendant lighting, ceiling fan and dimmable lighting for the most comfortable atmosphere for peaceful relaxation, coupled with beautiful views of the ocean through the large windows that provide full, adjustable blackout shading as needed for rest. The private bathroom has an all-new quartz topped vanity, a walk-in shower with new and stylish seascape tile design, and an expansive, custom closet space.

The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, XL Twin bed, mounted 50” smart TV and a bathroom with a single granite topped vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
