Island Club 126

Definitely renting again!

 We really enjoyed our stay at this tastefully decorated and well appointed condo. The bedroom, living and dining areas are very comfortable and there’s two large flat screen TVs. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to dine in. You are just steps from the beach and the Island Club is beautiful. We also really liked the waterway view with an extended deck and lounging area. We would definitely rent this again next time we come to Hilton Head!

Apartment 126 is a special kind of hidden gem, and the neighborhood is quite pleasant, elegant and picturesque. The following is a top-five list of my favorite things about 126. When I first walked in, I was sucked-in by the gorgeous view of the lagoon. This became the perfect way to start my day (and to unwind); relaxing on the comfee cushioned seats in the back porch with a cup of coffee/tea or favorite drink to breathe in all the beauty. Plus, this prime location is a hop, skip and a jump from the lovely beach and neighboring resorts. The complex includes tennis courts, a pool and plenty of outdoor kids games. The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a refined espresso maker, a powerful smoothie blender and a high-end washer/dryer. Next, the shower! The water pressure was perfect, non-slip floors made a huge difference for my folks, and all that shower space! The living room was also spacious with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other Smart TV apps, along a closet full of entertaining board games. But most of all, our host was super kind, cool and quick to respond. Thank you Chantal!

El apartamento numero 126 es un lugar especial para vacaciones. Es un condominio muy agradable y elegante, es muy acogedor. Lo siguiente es parte de las amenidades que más nos hizo la estancia tan agradable. Tiene una vista al lago impresionante. La terraza es espectacular, con comodos asientos, donde pudimos mi pareja y yo, disfrutar un vino rojo. Luego decidimos caminar hacia la playa, que esta a menos de una milla. Hay cancha de tenis, piscina y aparatos para jugar los ninos. La cocina está muy bien equipada, incluyendo una cafetera expresso muy moderna, batidora para licuados asi como lavadora y secadora de ropa dentro del apartmento. La habitacion matrimonial muy confortable, con su bano y una ducha buenísima. La sala muy espaciosa y con acceso a Netflix y otras plataformas de entretenimiento. Juegos de mesa, en fin tiene todo, para pasar unas vacaciones o luna de miel inolvidables. La administradora, la Sra. Chantal, fue super atenta. Gracias Chantal!

Loved my stay!

I loved my stay at this condo. My favorite was sitting on the big comfy chair on the deck feeling the breeze… The serenity of the lake with the turtles, the cranes and the ducks was so relaxing. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and hear some of the beach activity from the condo. We could even see the pool and tennis courts. So much to do. Everything we needed was in the condo. I didn’t want to leave! I’ll definitely be back, hopefully next Easter.

Great property. Excellent communication on my rental. I only use Sunset for Hilton Head vacations.
