This stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has been completely renovated and offers the perfect retreat for families and groups seeking an unforgettable lowcountry getaway. Positioned within an exclusive oceanfront Island Club, this property combines contemporary comfort with the natural beauty.

The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating with a large sectional sofa, a Smart TV and access to the private balcony through sliding glass doors. The balcony is outfitted with a comfortable bistro set- the perfect place for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Back inside, you'll find a dining table with seating for 6 and a stunning kitchen. This beautifully remodeled area features marble counters, stainless appliances and custom cabinets.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large granite top vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features a full size bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV. This bedroom has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
