Welcome to Greens 170, a stunning two-bedroom, dog-friendly townhome perfectly located just a quick walk to the beach and community pool. This beautifully appointed two-story property offers the ideal home base for your Lowcountry escape, accommodating up to six guests with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements and premium amenities throughout.

The main level of the townhome features an open-concept living space. The living area has comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. The dining area seats six, with the beautifully renovated kitchen just beyond. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, marble counters and is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a lowcountry feast!

Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The primary bedroom features a Smart TV, luxurious king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a Smart TV and access to a full guest bathroom, making it perfect for children or additional visitors. An additional sleeper sofa in the living area offers flexible sleeping for extra guests, while a convenient powder room on the main level completes the bathroom layout.

The outdoor living space includes a patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill, ideal for evening cookouts while enjoying the island breeze.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
