This stunning living area features soaring windows, 12-foot ceilings and wide plank hardwood floors. Guests can easily access the spacious screened-in porch from the living area, where you’ll find plenty of seating and space to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the kids play in the fenced-in yard. The backyard also has a fireside lounge area and a gas grill.

Back inside the home, you’re sure to enjoy the fully equipped, gourmet chef's kitchen. The kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, complete with a gas range, oversized refrigerator and freezer, quartzite counters and plenty of cabinet space. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, while a more formal dining area sits just beyond the kitchen with seating for 6.

The main level also has a full-size laundry room, as well as a powder room for added convenience.

The primary bedroom, located on the main level, is a serene retreat, complete with a king-size bed, Smart TV and a spa-like bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and separate tiled walk-in shower.

The three additional guest bedrooms are equally impressive. Up the stairs to the 2nd level, you’ll find a room with a full-size bed and Smart TV. This room also has a separate dedicated workspace that can be closed off for those on a working vacation, complete with a twin-size bed in the office area.

Up a half flight of stairs, you’ll find the remaining 3 bedrooms and a living area with a Smart TV. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms share access to a jack and jill bathroom. One room has a queen-size bed, while the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs.

Guests of this Sea Pines Hilton Head rental can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride. A free trolley service runs seasonally as well!

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week.

No smoking permitted. 

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
