A quiet setting for your beachside retreat with two balconies, gorgeous views and lots of windows for a bright interior awaits at Golfmaster 305. Shipyard rentals set the tone for rest and relaxation!
The open living area features a large foyer, comfy sectional sofa and two reclining chairs for ample seating, as well as a large flat screen TV (all TV's are equipped for streaming!) and oversized windows showcasing the private, wooded view. Sliding doors lead out to the private screened-in porch, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a good book. A powder room is located off of the foyer for your convenience and comfort.
The stunning kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and updated cabinetry. You will have everything you need to feel right at home in the kitchen, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, as well as dishware and cookware. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor and each has its own full bathroom - perfect for families or multiple couples vacationing together. The condo comfortably sleeps 8.
BR 1: The primary bedroom is spacious, featuring a king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and a dual vanity.
BR2: The second bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and access to a balcony overlooking the complex. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and granite-top vanity.
BR 3: The third bedroom features 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV and access to the balcony shared by the queen bedroom. The ensuite bathroom also offers a tub/shower combination.
Laundry: Large capacity washer and dryer are located on the second floor in the hallway for your convenience.
Amenities: The on-site pool, with bathrooms and plenty of lounge chairs, is open April-October. Walk across the street to enjoy free pickle ball and tennis, enjoy miles of leisure trails or bike to local shops and restaurants. The owner of the property has supplied 4 beach chairs, 4 pickleball paddles, and tennis rackets for guest use. (Items may vary upon arrival.)
Parking: Parking is conveniently located in front of the building; car passes are required. Please indicate how many car passes you will need when booking your stay and keep in mind that each car pass is $25 plus tax for the duration of your visit. 2 Car Passes Max.
Pets: We welcome well behaved furry friends! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax per dog.
Guests of Golfmaster 305 Shipyard rentals are offered the best of outdoor amenities, including a complex pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and basketball court. Leisure trails that span the Shipyard community will lead you down to the Shipyard Beach Club and the Shipyard beach access.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Fabulous Townhouse!
Fabulous townhouse for a family trip, girl’s trip or whatever you may be looking for. The home was clean and beautiful with every possible amenity (even had things that we didn’t know that we needed). We enjoyed the beautifully decorated first floor open floor plan and second floor, three bedroom En suites. It was perfect for different bedtime and wake up schedules. (which we needed) It’s steps away from the pool and courts. It was perfect for us. The location of the development is so close to absolutely everything. We had an amazing time biking to the beach and various cafes. We will definitely be back!

Golfmaster 305
Immediately driving into the Shipyard plan I felt like I was on vacation. The tree lined streets with bike paths gave such an inviting peaceful feel. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable. My favorite feature was having 3 bedrooms with their own bath. Perfect for families or friends to have their own bit of privacy. The common area was great for gathering and the screened in porch is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning! We had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is well equipped with extra items labeled and easy to find in the pantry closet. I loved the fact that we were steps away from the pickleball court and pool. Another favorite was riding our bikes to The Bank Brewery (just about a mile away) at the entrance of Shipyard community. Riding bikes to Coligny Beach and Watutsi Café for a yummy brunch bite were also highlights. I can’t wait to stay here again! Amazing place for a girls trip!

Lovely Home
We stayed at this condo for a weekend in October and it was lovely! The house is spacious, clean, well-maintained, and has very cute decorations. The en suite bathrooms for each bedroom are a great plus. It was very close to shops and attractions and we loved biking in and out of the neighborhood each day to get places. Home away from home!
We loved this property! It was like a home away from home. Very relaxing back screened porch and well-equipped kitchen! The pickle ball court was just steps away from the front door and seemed to be readily available! The pool was also a very short walk! The beautiful scenic bike ride to the beach was only about 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at Golfmaster 305! The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. A lot of thought went into the decor of each room! Very lovely! We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, making cooking any meal indoors a breeze. Sunset Rentals went above and beyond with their customer service. They kept in contact with us, letting us know they were always available if we had any issues at all. Everything was simple with check-in and check-out. We loved?the beautiful pool just steps away from the home. It was an overall A+ excellent experience! We would love to stay with Sunset again and particularly in Golfmaster 305!

Great location and ammenities
