Evian 190 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation villa set in the scenic Shipyard on the southern shores of Hilton Head Island. This spacious and stylish Shipyard villa offers both a golf and nature view with all the comforts of home and easy access to the tranquil Atlantic Ocean.

The living room beckons with a large sofa, 2 oversized chairs one which folds out into a twin sofa sleeper, 42" flatscreen TV with a VCR/DVD and CD player for entertainment. The living area flows into an ample dining area with a wet bar for sundowner cocktails. The patio is just off the living room has a view of the lagoon and golf course with a bar height teak table and chairs. The perfect place for your sundowner at the end of a day of exploring Hilton Head Islands top attractions and world-famous beaches.

A kitchen boasts new appliances with generous counter space and is enhanced by the sunny breakfast area. The half bath is conveniently located on this level, as well.

Evian 190 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the home. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, private bath, and garden tub and the guest room has 2 twin beds, an oversized chair that folds out into a twin sofa sleeper, and a private bathroom.

Evian is one of the most scenic settings in Shipyard HHI and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

Shipyard Hilton Head is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
