This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Hilton Head SC vacation rental villa in one of Shipyard’s most scenic communities will not let you down. Evian 164 offers comfortable coastal living with resort-style amenities in a scenic, secluded setting on Hilton Head Island.

To the immediate left of the entry door to this Shipyard vacation villa is a bedroom with a twin-size bed along with a duo-bunk bed (twin-size on top and full-size on bottom), a TV, a walk-in closet and a private bath. The next left opens to the fully-equipped galley kitchen featuring new appliances and custom cabinetry. The far end of this room widens to a sunny dining area with a table for 4, and a French door to the outside deck for island style living on Hilton Head.

Straight through the entry foyer leads to a spacious corner living room with a built-in wet bar, a lovely seating group, a TV/DVD and French doors on 2 sides; 1 with a lagoon view, and 2 opening to the deck.

On the 2nd floor are 2 more bedrooms, each with a private bath. The beautifully furnished main bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV armoire, a large window overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a full bed and a TV.

This Hilton Head SC vacation villa is situated in one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings. Surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course, the Evian complex is an oasis of seclusion and serenity. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
