Welcome to your new favorite lowcountry vacation spot! 112 Evian is new to the vacation rental market for spring 2026! This fully renovated, 2nd level, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo offers an open-concept floor plan and stunning golf course views from a private, wrap-around balcony.

As you ascend the stairs to the main level of the property, you're greeted with a spacious living area featuring comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The dining area seats 4 comfortably, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.

The large kitchen has ample counter and cabinet space, as well as stainless appliances and a Keurig coffeemaker.

Down the hall from the living area, you'll find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The large balcony can be accessed through the dining area and has seating for 4 at a high-top table, with additional seating for 2 next to the grill.

Evian is one of Shipyard's most scenic settings and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

Shipyard rentals Hilton Head are tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of the island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
