The first floor functions as a private apartment, complete with a full kitchen, cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV, a king bedroom with its own TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A washer and dryer is available for extra convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll be welcomed by a charming screened-in porch with comfortable, plush furniture. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen straight ahead, with another washer and dryer. The open living room to the right features a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for your family.

The second floor also includes 3 well-appointed bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a TV and access to a hall bathroom.

The main suite features a king bed, private en-suite bath, and a TV.

The private pool deck is a tropical paradise, with ample seating and landscaping for extra privacy, as well as a propane grill.

*Pool heat is available for an additional fee. (If the outdoor air temp is 55 or colder, electric heaters may not be able to get pool temperature to desired setting.*

Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs MAX; 70 lbs per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225 per dog.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
