Welcome to 52 Courtside! This beautifully outfitted 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground level flat (just one exterior step!) offers an open concept floor plan and easy access to the community pool, located just steps from your private outdoor space!

The living area offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV and access to the private, covered patio through sliding doors. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the updated kitchen features stainless applianaces and is equipped with all you'll need to cook a meal for your family!

The main bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom offers two full size beds, a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

Courtside Villas are an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, 3 blocks to Coligny Plaza, and 2 blocks to the new Low Country Celebration Park. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center is right next door. The community has 2 beautiful pools, guests get tennis privileges up to one hour per day at the tennis center, and the HHI trolley stop is right out front. 2 car pass maximum.

The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast. Forest Beach rentals put you in the heart of the Hilton Head Island action!

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

52 Courtside was clean and ready for our arrival. It is newly refurbished, tastefully appointed with guests in mind. The kitchen was fully outfitted with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans. Appliances are full-size. The pantry offered plenty of space for groceries and storage. The master bedroom is generous and comfortable. It offers a king size bed and two nightstands, closet, and TV. The large sliding glass door offers plenty of light and easy access do the covered patio. The second bedroom has two full beds with nightstand, closets, and TV. The adjoining bath room with walk-in shower doubles as the hall bathroom. The open living and dining space is airy and comfortable. Several ottomans offered places to put our feet up. Another large slider leads to the patio and common green space of the complex. The sparkling clean pool is just off the patio. Very convenient. Sunset Rentals is easy to work with. Communication is frequent and informative. The office staff is friendly and helpful on the phone. 52 Courtside promises to be my home away from home on Hilton Head.

Super clean. Easy communication with manager. We spent loads of time on the large patio. Nicely updated, comfy beds, good water pressure. We enjoyed the little extras like chair height toilets, device chargers on bed tables, walk-in shower, and plenty of poofs to put our feet up. The main slider is a little tough to open, but that seems typical on the island. We’re already planning to stay here next year.

First floor flat w huge patio. Easy to navigate w our old knees - walkin shower, taller toilets, no stairs, foot stools. We had 6 people in 3 condos. This one was by far the cleanest, loveliest, and most comfortable, so we used it as our gathering spot. Plenty of room for the 6 of us at the dining table and on the patio for chatting. Sunset management was easy to deal with. Condo was clean and airy. The only negative is it could use a better wine opener. We’ll be back for sure.
