Welcome to Colonnade Club 153, a beautifully appointed two-bedroom villa nestled in the heart of Shipyard. This thoughtfully designed one-story residence provides an ideal home base for families and groups seeking an unforgettable Low Country escape.

The villa features two generously sized bedrooms that comfortably accommodate guests of all ages. The primary bedroom showcases a luxurious king bed paired with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for children or friends, and is serviced by a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. For additional sleeping flexibility, the living area includes a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate a fifth guest, making this villa an excellent choice for families or small group getaways.

The heart of this villa revolves around its open-concept living area, where you'll find a well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, making meal preparation effortless. The dining area provides an inviting space for family meals, while the comfortable living room features a Smart TV and access to the private deck.

This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
